Get the kids to bring their gently used toys and books, exchange them for tokens, and pick out ‘new’ treasures. Celebrate Sustainable September, learn about eco-friendly fun and top up toys and books just in time for the holidays.

Tuesday 1^st October – Zappo The Magician

Don’t miss Zappo the Magician’s 45-minute interactive fun-filled show! Enjoy magical wonders with a green twist, highlighting conservation and eco-friendly themes. A magical way to celebrate sustainability—great for all ages!

Tuesday 8^th October – Sarah The Scientist

Join Sarah the Scientist for a hands-on, interactive and educational show! Kids get to dive into experiments like Wonder Whizzers and Mini Rockets. Dress up in lab coats and explore science in style!

Thursday 10^th October – Wild Words: Discover Ngā Manu’s Magic Forest Through Creative Writing

Join our children’s creative writing workshop with Cloe from EQ Storytelling. Children will explore the nature reserve, use their imagination and write magical stories inspired by native flora, fauna, and Māori legends.
