Stay at Theo's Cottage
Stay in your own private cottage at the edge of the main pond. Experience the magic of Ngā Manu and wake up to the dawn and dusk choruses all to yourself. You’re only five minutes drive from shops, bakery, takeaway, cafes/bars, outdoor summer pool, and stunning beach and river experiences, or stay on the reserve and book in for a kiwi experience or native bird encounter. This makes for a perfect get-away.
Facilities include:
- Open plan living to relax and enjoy your stay
- A well-appointed kitchenette for self-catering
- Sleeps up to 4 people
- There’s a separate bedroom configured with either a super king or two singles
- For extra guests a double sofa-bed in the living area
- Covered deck with seating
- Secure onsite parking
- All linen is provided
Check-in is between the hours of 2pm and 4:30pm and check-out is by 11:00am the following day.
